Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using the Easy Join plugin ("Plugin") for Autodesk Revit, you represent that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any provision, do not install and do not use the Plugin.

1. License grant

Felipe Milioni grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to install and use the Plugin together with legally licensed copies of Autodesk Revit. The Plugin is not sold; what is granted is solely the right to use it under the terms described herein.

2. Permitted use

• Use the Plugin for professional or personal purposes, on projects of your own or of your employers and clients;
• Install the Plugin on more than one workstation for individual use.

3. Prohibited use

• Reselling, sublicensing, renting or distributing the Plugin to third parties, in whole or in part, whether for a fee or free of charge;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the Plugin's source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Removing, hiding or altering intellectual property notices, trademarks or credits in the Plugin;
• Using the Plugin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

4. Privacy and telemetry

The Plugin only collects anonymous and aggregated usage metrics via the Aptabase service. It does not collect personal data, Revit model content or any confidential information. How this data is processed is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

5. No guaranteed support

The Plugin is provided without any contractual obligation to deliver support, training or consulting. You are solely responsible for understanding, evaluating and operating the Plugin within your workflow. Any communication channels offered by the developer are provided as a courtesy, without guaranteed response times or service levels.

6. Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with specific versions of Autodesk Revit, absence of errors or non-infringement of third-party rights. You are responsible for validating the results produced by the Plugin before relying on them in construction work, executive projects, cost estimates or any deliverable to third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Felipe Milioni be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, delays or damages to third parties arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The developer's total, aggregate and cumulative liability for any and all claims related to the Plugin shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Updates and discontinuation

The developer may, at any time and without prior notice, release updates, modify features, suspend or discontinue the Plugin, in whole or in part, without any obligation to provide compensation. We recommend keeping the Plugin up to date to receive security and compatibility fixes.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Plugin, including its source code, design, brand and documentation, belong exclusively to Felipe Milioni. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or license beyond what is strictly provided in Clause 1.

10. Third-party trademarks

"Autodesk" and "Revit" are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. Easy Join is an independent product, with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by Autodesk, Inc.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of the Plugin after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Maringá, Paraná, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, with the parties expressly waiving any other venue, no matter how privileged, except where mandatory venue is established by law.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Tolerance by either party of a breach of any obligation shall not constitute novation or waiver of the right to require future compliance. For any questions, please write to contato@milioni.com.br.
